What is the price for an annual subscription?

For an annual subscription, the price is $69.99 CAD + tax, payable in a single payment. This represents approximately $5.83 CAD per month before tax. *Prices are subject to change; please see the Pricing section for the most up-to-date information.

How are payments processed?

We partner with Stripe to manage all aspects of our payment processing. Recognized as a global leader in the industry, Stripe ensures secure, reliable, and efficient transactions.

What if I’d like to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, no questions asked (although we’d love to know if there’s a way we could improve and keep you as a client). Please bear in mind that we do not issue refunds. To cancel, please write us an email at support@mintora.com.

How many family members can I add?

We offer 1 family member on your account for free.

Family account: how does it work?

The main account holder manages the family account’s email, name, and password, and can create additional family accounts that are fully separate from their own collection and data. However, the main account holder always remains the responsible account owner. This means they can manage, remove, or revoke access to any family account at any time.
